Germain BMW of Naples South Campus is seeking an Automotive Acquisitions/Buying Center Manager to lead the vehicle acquisition process and buy center operations. You will source quality inventory, negotiate with sellers, and cultivate strong vendor relationships to stock desirable vehicles that meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive acquisitions, inventory management, or similar roles.
• Strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of vehicle valuation.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adjust purchase strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with dealership software and inventory management systems is a plus.
