AutoInc in Amarillo, TX seeks a detail-oriented cashier/accounts clerk to oversee deposits and cash handling for all incoming money. This role requires basic math, strong communication, and reliable routine for daily and monthly tasks.

Responsibilities include daily deposits, reviewing receivables, and printing or mailing monthly statements, with pre-hire checks including a valid Texas driver's license and background review. Automotive experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills required.
• Strong verbal communication skills and personal initiative expected.
• Must be able to use a computer and 10-key calculator.
• Typing at least 50 wpm is required.
• Ability to apply common sense and follow written or oral instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Daily deposit of all incoming money.
• Review receivable accounts/schedules.
• Print/mail statements to AR customers (monthly).
