Qualifications

• Basic administrative tasks required.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and data handling.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Must pass a background screening and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work by gathering and sorting documents and related information.
• Verify and process invoices by scheduling, disbursements, and payment authorization.
• Verify revenue by checking transaction information, computing charges, refunds, and invoicing.
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Post account transactions to maintain ledgers.
• Reconcile statements and transactions to verify accounts.
• Investigate discrepancies and issue stop payments/adjustments.
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
• Back up databases to secure financial information.
• File accounting documents to maintain historical records.
• Contribute to team results and assist with related tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
