Elko Motor Company is seeking an experienced dealership accounting clerk to join a dynamic team. The role emphasizes accurate accounts payable processing, deal paperwork organization, and closing in the system within a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Experience as AR/AP clerk in a dealership preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in an accounting role required.
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly accounts payables.
• Organize paperwork for car deals, ensure completeness, and close in system.
• Process dealer trades in and out.
• Input vehicles in the system and create car packs.
• Pay monthly sales tax.
• Process parts purchase orders and post invoices.
• Balance accounts and schedules.
