Germain Lexus of Naples is seeking an Automotive Accounts Payable Clerk to maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely payment processing within our dealership.

You will verify invoices, match purchase orders and receipts, maintain ledgers, prepare checks and electronic payments, and communicate with vendors to resolve billing issues while supporting month-end close and financial reporting with diligence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices related to automotive parts, services, and expenses.
• Match purchase orders and receipts to invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain accounts payable ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare checks and electronic payments on schedule.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve billing issues.
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting as necessary.
