Germain Lexus of Naples is seeking an Automotive Accounts Payable Clerk to maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely payment processing for the dealership in Naples, FL. This full-time role involves handling invoices, PO matching, and vendor communications.

The ideal candidate will have automotive AP experience, strong Excel and accounting software skills, and excellent attention to detail to support month-end close and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive accounts payable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Process and verify invoices related to automotive parts, services, and expenses.
• Match purchase orders and receipts to invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain accounts payable ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare checks and electronic payments on schedule.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve billing issues.
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
