Job summary

DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to work under pressure, with strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a collaborative, dealership environment.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, scheduling and executing payments, keeping accurate AP records, and preparing AP reports for department heads.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in automotive field preferred.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software preferred.
• Previous automotive accounts payable experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Computer literate to include Microsoft Word and Excel; basic office equipment experience.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
