Job summary

DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounts payable team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn, with 1–2 years of automotive AP experience and familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds software.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, scheduling payments, maintaining AP records, and generating reports for department heads. We offer paid training and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of automotive accounts payable experience preferred.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software preferred.
• Previous automotive accounts payable experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process all invoices and ensure accuracy per policies.
• Schedule and execute payments in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Prepare accounts payable reports for department heads.
• Perform other accounting duties as required.
