Qualifications

• 1-2 years of automotive accounts payable experience
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient with Word and Excel
• Able to pass background check

Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately per financial policies and procedures
• Schedule and execute payments in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions
• Prepare accounts payable reports for department heads
• Perform other accounting duties as required
