Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented Dealership Assistant Accounting Office Manager to support the Office Manager with daily financial operations at a high-volume dealership.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of automotive dealership accounting experience and proficiency with Reynolds software, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication and organizational skills to liaise between accounting, sales, and finance managers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in automotive dealership accounting
• Experience with Reynolds accounting software
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and dealership policies
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including timely posting, reconciliation, and collections
• Work with department leaders to align financial strategies with dealership goals
• Maintain accurate financial records and uphold data integrity across all systems
• Assist the Office Manager with month-end closing and related accounting activities
• Serve as a liaison between the accounting office, sales department, and finance managers
• Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required
• Performs other duties as assigned
