Auto Ranch Group in Meridian, Idaho, is seeking an organized Auto Administrative Coordinator to join our expanding team. You will stock all new and used vehicles, process payments, and organize inventory paperwork while supporting management across departments.

Responsibilities

• Stock in all new and used vehicles, process payments, organize all inventory paperwork
• Ensure titles and MSO's are received for all purchases
• Maintain inventory schedules and generate reports as needed
• Process all wholesale sales, including receiving payment and sending out titles
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed
