Job summary

North Country FORD/CJDR is seeking an automotive accounting professional to join our team. You will handle daily deposits, AP/AR tasks, payroll processing, and routine financial scheduling in a busy dealership environment.

The role requires basic accounting knowledge, at least 1 year in automotive accounting, and the ability to work quickly and with accuracy alongside a team. On-site position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Basic accounting background.
• Minimum 1 year of automotive accounting experience.
• Be able to work quickly and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and post daily deposits to the general ledger.
• Accounts payable—post vendor invoices and process payments on the 10th.
• Accounts Receivable—generate monthly statements and receipt payments.
• Maintain and reconcile accounting schedules daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Receptionist/answer phones.
