Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Accounting Clerk at Volkswagen of Sanford. The role focuses on accurately tracking and updating dealer vehicle inventory across two stores, with duties spanning data entry, title books, and intercompany postings.

We offer competitive pay between $20.00 and $22.00 per hour, plus medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, and employee discounts. Growth opportunities exist within a large, multi-brand automotive group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record and enter all new and used car inventory in a timely manner for 2 stores.
• Assist with title books as titles are received.
• Post wholesales for 2 stores.
• Post warranty credits once a week.
• Post daily deposits for 2 stores.
• Post intercompany cross sales monthly for 2 stores.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our nextAutomotive Accounting Clerk. Located at Volkswagen of Sanford, the Automotive Accounting Clerk plays a critical role in the success of our business by accurately tracking and updating dealer vehicle inventory.
