The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Inventory Clerk at Volkswagen of Sanford to accurately track and update dealer vehicle inventory for two stores. Proficiency with CDK and strong Excel/Word skills are valued.

This role requires attention to detail, reliable data entry, and clear communication to support inventory accuracy and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
• Organizational skills with a focus on detail orientation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Dealership experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Record and enter all new and used car inventory in a timely manner for 2 stores.
• Assist with title books as titles are received.
• Post wholesales for 2 stores.
• Post warranty credits once a week.
• Post daily deposits for 2 stores.
• Post intercompany cross sales monthly for 2 stores.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our nextAutomotive Inventory Clerk. Located at Volkswagen of Sanford, the Automotive Inventory Clerkplays a critical role in the success of our business by accurately tracking and updating dealer vehicle inventory.
