Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Accounting Clerk at Volkswagen of Sanford in Sanford, FL. This role focuses on accurately recording and updating dealer vehicle inventory across two stores, handling title processing, and posting deposits and cross-sales to maintain precise financial records.

You will work in a two-store environment with CDK and Microsoft Office tools, requiring strong detail orientation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
• Dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record and enter all new and used car inventory in a timely manner for 2 stores.
• Assist with title books as titles are received.
• Post wholesales for 2 stores.
• Post warranty credits once a week.
• Post daily deposits for 2 stores.
• Post intercompany cross sales monthly for 2 stores.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our nextAutomotive Accounting Clerk. Located at Volkswagen of Sanford, the Automotive Accounting Clerk plays a critical role in the success of our business by accurately tracking and updating dealer vehicle inventory.
