Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Accounting Clerk at Volkswagen of Sanford to accurately track and update dealer vehicle inventory for two stores. The role requires attention to detail and familiarity with dealership inventory practices.

Key duties include recording new and used inventory, assisting with title books, posting deposits, and handling intercompany cross sales, with CDK experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
• Organizational skills with a focus on detail orientation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Record and enter all new and used car inventory in a timely manner for 2 stores.
• Assist with title books as titles are received.
• Post wholesales for 2 stores.
• Post warranty credits once a week.
• Post daily deposits for 2 stores.
• Post intercompany cross sales monthly for 2 stores.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our nextAutomotive Accounting Clerk. Located at Volkswagen of Sanford, the Automotive Accounting Clerk plays a critical role in the success of our business by accurately tracking and updating dealer vehicle inventory.
