• Business-level or higher Japanese and English communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a related commercial role.
• Experience with Toyota and Honda-related automotive accounts or programs.
• Experience working with Tier 1 / Tier 2 automotive suppliers is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned automotive Tier customers.
• Support Toyota and Honda-related customer programs and business activities.
• Identify and pursue new sales and business development opportunities.
• Respond to customer RFQs and coordinate internally to prepare pricing and quotations.
• Handle commercial discussions and resolve customer-related issues.
• Coordinate customer sample requests and follow up on business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and annual sales budgets for assigned accounts.
• Monitor customer activity, competitors, and industry trends.
• Work closely with Engineering, Accounting, Customer Support, and other internal teams.
• Support resolution of payment, obsolete inventory, and other commercial matters.
• Provide regular sales and account updates to management.
• Support product exhibitions and promotional activities as needed.

A Japanese automotive products manufacturer is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Account Manager to join its Sales team in Novi, Michigan.

This position will primarily manage Tier supplier accounts supporting Toyota and Honda-related business, with the potential to support additional automotive accounts in the future.
