City Kia Team is growing and seeks an Aftermarket Service Writer to help customers customize their vehicles with aftermarket products.

In this role you will explain aftermarket options, coordinate installations, and maintain knowledge of products across vehicle models. You will work with a department manager to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• CDK experience is required.
• Automotive aftermarket sales experience is a plus.
• Superior communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Offer services and accessories to customers with explanations of products and service procedures.
• Build relationships with customers and resolve issues; escalate as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of aftermarket products for each vehicle model.
• Train sales team on aftermarket opportunities offered by the dealership.

The City Kia Team is Growing!! again. City Kia is seeking an Aftermarket service writer. This position sells Automotive Accessories. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to sell Automotive Aftermarket Products to every customer buying a car from our dealership or servicing there car at our dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to communicate with people and help them customize their vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Offer services and accessories to customers and provide them with an explanation of aftermarket products and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies

• Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers. Resolve customer issues quickly and escalatest to senior management as necessary. A high level of Customer Satisfaction is a very important aspect of this role.

• Maintain strong knowledge of all aftermarket products available to consumers for each of our vehicle models.

• Train and provide the sales team with information on available aftermarket opportunities offered by the dealership.

• Responsible for Customer Service follow up and appointments

• Work with our Department Manager to ensure individual, and department sales goals are met

• Strong organizational and scheduling ability to assure the work is completed on time for the customer.

• Explain performance of the chosen accessory and its benefits to customers.

Requirements:

• Superior communication and customer service skills

• Scheduling and coordinating the timely installation of aftermarket products on the customer's vehicle.
