Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain assets within the automated warehouse. You will identify, troubleshoot, and repair automation equipment while ensuring efficient operation of machinery and facilities.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality; duties include preventive maintenance, electrical/pneumatic/mechanical repairs, and equipment changes.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience required.
• Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude.
• Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) preferred.
• Must be able to operate a laptop or tablet to fix errors.
• Able to work nights, weekends or other irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs.
• Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Perform electrical, pneumatic and mechanical repairs on automation equipment.
• Generate and complete work orders as assigned.
• Overhaul and install new equipment.
• Rebuild and fabricate parts.
• Manage parts inventory to ensure adequate inventory.
• Perform equipment change-overs and production line set-ups.
• Maintain clean and safe work area at all times.
• Protect the integrity and quality of product at all times.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
