Job summary

United States Cold Storage Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the coordination of warehouse workflows and ensure safety, sanitation, accuracy, and customer satisfaction within a cold-chain facility.

You will supervise staff, participate in hiring, manage inventory processes, and collaborate with management on continuous improvements. This role requires 2–3 years of supervision experience and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs with assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years as a team lead or supervisor.
• Ability to bend/lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally with assistance.
• Work in cold, fast-paced warehouse environment with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and execution of warehouse workflow with focus on safety, sanitation, cost controls, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as visible leader within the Cold Crew and uphold company culture.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, recalls, and record keeping.
• Participate in hiring process and employment-related decisions (hiring, promotion, termination).
• Oversee overtime approval, scheduling, and time-off requests; approve timecards.
• Troubleshoot WMS/WCS issues and coordinate with automation providers to resolve faults.
