Qualifications

• 2-5 years in project coordination or PMO operations, or tooling/automation-focused roles.
• Ability to map processes to automated workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Plainview, Monday or similar PPM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using SharePoint/Lists, Excel, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
• Develop and manage data pipelines including extraction, transformation, validation, and refresh processes.
• Create and support dashboards and reports ensuring accuracy and clear data presentation.
• Configure and administer project and work management tools such as SharePoint, Planner, Jira, or Smartsheet.
• Build self-service tools, templates, and forms for intake, approvals, reporting, and portfolio management.
• Develop lightweight scripts (VBA or Python, as applicable) to streamline data processing or reporting tasks.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify process gaps and implement technology-driven solutions.
• Document tools, workflows, and processes, including user guides and troubleshooting documentation.
