Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented Automation Tester to join our team.

CLEARANCE

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Willing to obtain Public Trust Clearance

LOCATION

• Remote in the United States

OVERVIEW

• Design, develop, and execute test scripts using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage
• Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and detailed test scripts
• Identify, document, and track software defects in ServiceNow or JIRA
• Validate defect fixes and perform retesting and regression testing
• Assist in the implementation of quality assurance best practices and process improvements
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives
• Ensure testing activities are in compliance with organizational standards and project requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of related experience or a Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years
• 2+ years’ experience with ServiceNow platform
• 2+ years’ experience with manual and automatedtesting
• Experience with ServiceNow ATF
• Experience with Selenium is a plus
• Experience with Jira
