Job summary

The candidate should have an AS degree in electrical/mechatronics or related field and up to 3 years of lab or technical experience, with strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across engineering

Qualifications

• AS degree or equivalent in electrical/mechatronics preferred.
• 0–3 years of lab/technical experience preferred.
• Basic machining and assembly skills are expected.
• Familiarity with lab equipment like multimeters and power supplies is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building test systems and automating product testing.
• Support wiring, fixture assembly and test system builds.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues.
• Create and modify basic CAD models for fixtures and parts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
