Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in test program management, QA leadership, or systems integration testing.
• Experience spanning WCS/WMS layers and ERP inventory systems.
• Hands-on with warehouse go-lives involving conveyance, sortation, or robotics.
• Strong end-to-end test methodology knowledge: strategy, case design, UAT, regression, readiness criteria.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presentation skills.
• On-site Nashville warehouse environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end test strategy and plan for the full device flow from automation hardware to ERP.
• Own test cycle schedule, test case development, data readiness, defect triage, regression cycles, and UAT sign-off.
• Coordinate across automation/hardware, WCS product/engineering, ERP IT, and warehouse operations.
• Ensure integration testing between automation, WCS, and ERP transactional flows (inventory, serial tracking).
• Establish defect tracking, triage, and go-live risk register; drive issue resolution.
• Produce executive-ready status reports on test progress, defects, and go-live readiness.
• Define go-live exit/entrance criteria and support cutover planning and hypercare validation.
