Job summary

Capgemini Engineering, the world leader in engineering services, seeks an experienced Test Lead for an onsite role in Spring, Texas. You will drive testing across multiple projects, define testing strategies, and mentor QA and automation engineers to ensure high-quality software releases.

Responsibilities include end-to-end testing, designing automated frameworks for UI and API, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Jenkins, and partnering with developers and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in test management and release sign-off.
• Hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks and UI/API testing.
• Proficiency with GitHub, Azure DevOps or Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Programming experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#, plus SQL/database testing.
• Experience leading QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across multiple projects and drive automation initiatives.
• Design and maintain automated testing frameworks for UI, API, and integration tests.
• Drive test automation adoption to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Manage GitHub repositories and CI/CD integrations (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Mentor QA and Automation Engineers and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Monitor testing metrics and drive continuous improvement across releases.
