Job summary

Ingersoll Rand seeks an Automated Test Engineer at our Bentleyville, PA facility to develop and execute validation testing for rotating equipment, with a focus on LabVIEW-based data acquisition and control systems.

You will troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues, improve test infrastructure, and drive product qualification through reliable testing and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering, controls engineering, instrumentation, validation engineering, or similar in manufacturing.
• U.S. citizen and eligible for government security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and execute validation testing for vacuum pumps, compressors, packaged systems, and related rotating equipment.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve product or test-system issues discovered during validation to support qualification and release.
• Own motors, VFDs, DC drives, PLCs, controls, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems; ensure accurate, reliable testing.
