Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, in Nashville, TN, seeks a QA Automation Engineer to develop and execute automated tests for web front-end and microservices.

You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and a Scrum team to define automation components, contribute to CI pipelines, and validate functional, technical, and performance requirements across multiple layers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on testing experience.
• Minimum 2 years automated test coding in Java.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Participates in QA activities including test case, requirements and design reviews.
• Develops automated test scripts to validate functional, technical, and performance requirements.
• Work closely with developers, shared services team and product managers to define automated testing components.
• Develop using Java and execute automated tests on both Web Front end and microservice architecture.
• Run test validations at various levels including DB validation, rules validation, logging validation, reporting validations, and UI validation.
• Assist with Scrum Team estimation of stories and sizing of effort to include the representation of the test automation and engagement with Continuous Integration (CI) required.
• Contributes to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organizations’ Agile project lifecycle.
