Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Automation Technician to deploy and configure advanced fastening systems on our production lines. You will work with Atlas Copco Power Focus and MicroTorque controllers to meet strict specifications and ensure reliability across manufacturing cells.

You will diagnose issues on the floor, optimize tightening programs, and train technicians on safe tool handling. This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in aerospace or automotive manufacturing with precision assembly.
• Hands-on experience configuring Atlas Copco Power Focus and MicroTorque controllers.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Physically deploy, mount, wire, and integrate automation equipment on production lines.
• Program Atlas Copco Power Focus and MicroTorque systems to exact engineering specs.
• Diagnose floor issues, troubleshoot tightening failures, and optimize tightening programs.
• Train technicians on proper handling and safety of smart tools.
