Job summary

Leviat is seeking an Automation Technician with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems, to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve automated equipment to support safe, efficient production operations.

This role works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams to minimize downtime and ensure safety, quality, and reliability across all activities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in automation field.
• 2–5 years of industrial maintenance/automation experience.
• Experience with PLC basics and safety devices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment, conveyors, robotic systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Support uptime by responding to breakdowns and identifying root causes.
• Interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Calibrate sensors and automation components as needed.
