Job summary

Energy Job Shop in Seminole, TX seeks Automation Technicians to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automation equipment in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA, hydraulics, and CNC machinery, and shows strong dedication to safety and teamwork in fast-paced environments.

You will work with advanced control systems and calibration tools, participate in continuous improvement, and uphold high standards of reliability and customer service.

Qualifications

• This role requires hands-on experience with automation systems in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and repair PLCs and distributed control systems.
• Proficiency with calibration and precision measuring instruments.
• Experience in electrical maintenance or as an industrial electrician is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Familiarity with vision inspection systems and CNC machinery is a plus.
• Knowledge of MODICON and SCADA PACS systems is desirable.
• Capable of collaborating effectively within a team and maintaining safety standards.

• Knowledge of Modi Con and Scada Pacs Systems
• Experience with hydraulics, mechanical systems, and industrial applications
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair PLCs and distributed control systems
• Proficiency in calibration and use of precision measuring instruments
• Experience as an industrial electrician or in electrical maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret schematics
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and CNC machinery
