Job summary

Cretex Medical in Minnesota is seeking an Automation Technician to troubleshoot and maintain automation projects, improving safety, cost and quality across operations.

You will work with internal customers to support automation systems, lead design and implementation of projects, train staff on new technology, and document processes. The role requires an associates degree in robotics automation or related field and hands-on automation experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year working with automation systems integration.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks/projects.
• Excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter, team player, and have a positive attitude.
• Proficient in SolidWorks.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot all operating company automation systems.
• Lead automation projects including design and implementation.
• Train the workforce on new technology and automation systems.
• Create and document new processes.
• Monitor performance and utilization of automation implementations.
• Support capital expenditure requests and implementations.
