Job summary

Dee Zee, Inc. in Iowa is seeking a skilled technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems on production equipment.

You will also program PLCs and robots, run tests, and maintain service records to ensure continuous operation. A related Associate's Degree plus 2–4 years of experience are preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office and PLC/HMI programming is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in industrial engineering, electrical, mechanical, or robotics tech.
• 2–4 years related experience preferred.
• Experience with PLC and HMI programming.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Modify existing PLC and robot programs.
• Diagnose equipment problems with operators and determine root causes.
• Study blueprints and specs to determine installation procedures.
• Set up and test industrial equipment for proper operation.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate industrial machines.
• Maintain equipment logs and test instruments.
• Coordinate with team on installation and maintenance.
