The role involves daily RT troubleshooting, implementing new robotic work-cells, and handling electrical/PLC/Hydraulic systems to keep lines running at peak efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in PLC programming.
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Education in Robotics, Automation, or Electrical Technology.

Responsibilities

Daily troubleshooting and maintenance of robotic work-cells.
Implementation of new robotic work-cells.
Industrial system troubleshooting including electrical panels, relays, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics.
Improve uptime of Deco’s robotic systems and improve quality/efficiency of automation equipment.
3D CAD design and reading/interpreting technical drawings.
CNC programming for production efficiencies and PLC programming for machine/process control.
Implement process controls to reduce process variation.
