Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair.
• Robotics experience; PLC troubleshooting preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Must demonstrate computer literacy.
• Electrical license or apprenticeship preferred; valid driver’s license; forklift certification anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Provide emergency and scheduled repairs of production equipment.
• Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Read manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test, and adjust.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
• Carry out plumbing and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Use hand and power tools and meters; report anomalies to supervision.
• Maintain a safe, clean 6S workplace; on-call outside normal hours.
