Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
• Hands-on with plant personnel and operators; problem solving with little direction.
• Basic knowledge of pneumatic and electrical actuators and systems.
• Familiarity with Robot / Vision / PLC programming.

Responsibilities

• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) on machines and automated equipment.
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives and develop CI opportunities.
• Coordinate maintenance with Operations to minimize downtime.
• Assist engineers with integration, testing and deployment of new automation systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment to support production operations.
• Maintain PM work instructions and schedule.
