Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting automated packaging machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with quick diagnosis and repair of failures.
• Electronics and troubleshooting background; basic PLC/HMI knowledge preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong safety awareness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on packaging and automation equipment to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic issues on packaging lines and robots.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and modification of new or existing equipment.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to improve equipment performance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation upgrades.
• Maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and work areas in a clean, safe condition.
