Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up tools and equipment before production for safety.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair automated mailing equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve maintenance issues and improve reliability.
• Train operations staff on proper use and basic maintenance of automation machines.
• Submit reports and participate in weekly tech calls.
• Support Automation Helpdesk Level 1.
