Job summary

DHL eCommerce in Hebron Estates, KY, is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for the working condition of terminal automated mailing equipment and ensuring safe operation. You will set up tools and equipment before production for safety and reliability.

You will perform basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of automation machines, work with vendors and internal groups, train staff, and participate in weekly tech calls.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role in manufacturing or automated distribution facility.
• Basic Mechanical, Electrical, and Computer Skills.
• Basic understanding of industrial machines operating principles.
• Experience/Ability to work with CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Set up the use of tools and equipment prior to production for optimum safety levels.
• Basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of automated mailing equipment.
• Work with vendors and other internal groups to resolve maintenance issues.
• Train operations employees on proper use and basic maintenance of automation machines.
• Submit reports and participate in weekly Tech calls.
• Other duties as assigned.
