Job Details

Shift: 1st shift. Primarily Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm but subject to change based on business needs.

This role supports our AmerisourceBergen business, providing supply chain services to healthcare providers and health systems in the U.S.

Under general supervision of the Systems Manager, responsible for supporting the effective use and functionality of automated equipment within a Distribution Center, while mentoring technician associates. The role involves diagnosing electrical controls issues to a component level, including capacitors, inductors, diodes, LEDs, transistors, pressure transducers, flow meters, photo voltaic sensors, and rectifiers. Programming basic changes to PLC controllers, wiring additional devices, troubleshooting network communication issues, and operating all chill water plant systems are also key responsibilities.

Responsibilities include ensuring preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing equipment errors, overseeing system upgrades, assessing system efficiency, maintaining CMMS/EAM system records, managing spare parts inventory, and working extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical vocational training or equivalent experience, with at least two years of related experience; a strong electrical background is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems; ability to read CAD, electrical diagrams, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Experience with PLC programming, network troubleshooting, and operating chill water plant systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.

Salary Range

$56,500 - $83,270 (varies by location)
