Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience working with CNC machining.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Math skills and ability to use handheld measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Debur components and manifolds as needed.
• Perform minor program edits and offsets under supervision.
• Maintain production and quality data.
• Load and unload incoming raw material from conveyors and bins.
• Inspect parts and complete ITP documentation.
• Load programs and change fixtures for all part numbers.
• Communicate issues with robots or machines to Set-Up Technicians or Leads.
• Follow safety rules and report safety issues to supervisor.
• Read and interpret blueprints to plan machine setup and operations.
• Work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
