Purpose: The Automation Technician provides technical expertise to design, implement, and maintain automated solutions, aiming to improve efficiency, accuracy, and safety at Plexus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute manufacturing solutions that meet quality, cost, and customer requirements, applying process improvements and troubleshooting.
2. Use appropriate tools for documentation, analysis, and verification of processes and programs.
3. Support manufacturing processes and product specifications as per role requirements.
4. Assist production line operators and adhere to good manufacturing practices.
5. Maintain understanding of equipment, process control, safety, and operation relevant to the role.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience or completion of an Associate's degree or Diploma in Electronics, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Science.
• Related experience preferred but not mandatory if qualifications are met.
