Job summary

Procter & Gamble’s Dayton facility is seeking mechanically skilled technicians for 12-hour shifts in a 2-2-3 rotation. Starting pay is $22.95 per hour with a shift adder depending on the shift.

The site operates 24/7, and successful candidates will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve quality. Experience with industrial machinery, problem solving, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma/GED & 2-years of technical experience in manufacturing or like industry.
• Applied mechanical skills in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of various machinery and equipment used in manufacturing; engines, pumps, conveyors, gears, bearings and other components.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot automated equipment, including autonomously guided robots for case, layer, and pallet movements.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations on equipment.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve equipment and systems.
• Analyze trends and data to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Build technical skills in others.
