Kable Staffing is hiring an Automation Technician for a customer in Miamisburg, OH. This is a full-time position, temp to hire opportunity.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Manufacturing floor doing mechanical and electrical assembly of industrial robotic work cells.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with tools, blueprint reading skills, forklift or overhead crane experience are highly valued.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize automation processes.
• Provide training and support to production staff on automated systems.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with automated equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on robotic and automation systems.
• Install, configure, and program automated systems and equipment.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Automation Technology or related field.
• Strong technical skills in programming and configuring automated systems.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to automation.
• Electrical experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
