Job summary

JT Logistics seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator to own day-to-day administration, security, and reliability of enterprise infrastructure and identity systems. You will design, build, and maintain AI-assisted automations and internal apps that reduce manual work across the organization, splitting time between traditional infrastructure and automation/integration work.

Qualifications

• 5 years of full-time work experience in systems administration or systems engineering, including Windows Server, directory services, and virtualization.
• 3 years of full-time work experience administering Microsoft 365 and a cloud identity platform.
• 2 years of full-time work experience automating or scripting administrative and business processes.
• Demonstrated experience building working software or automations with AI development tools or large language model APIs.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and firewall policy.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor degree preferred.
• Preferred: Linux, containerization, relational databases, REST API and EDI integration, and web application development
• Preferred: prior experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or another multi-site operating environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as a high-level escalation point for complex infrastructure and automation work.
• Document systems, configurations, integrations, and procedures in the knowledge base.
• Deliver infrastructure and automation projects on time and report progress, risks, and blockers.
• Support new site openings, customer onboardings, and facility moves with infra setup.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and systematic problem-solving.
