Qualifications

• BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Hands-on Linux or Windows server administration experience.

• Basic understanding of networks, TCP/IP, directory services, and enterprise backups.
• Awareness of AI concepts and AI-assisted operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day system administration across server platforms and virtualization.
• Monitor system health, performance metrics, and logs to prevent incidents.
• Coordinate changes through formal change management processes.
• Collaborate with global teams and vendors to restore and improve services.
• Develop automation and tooling to reduce manual effort and raise quality.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response as required.
• Leverage AI-powered insights to optimize operations and troubleshooting.
