Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain custom applications, services, and scripts using modern languages and open-source stacks.
• Integrate systems using REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and modern authentication with robust error handling and logging.
• Automate workflows across platforms and ITSM/ticketing systems, including AI‑driven automation to accelerate delivery.
• Develop AI-driven automation tools such as LLM agents and AI connectors to speed up development.
• Stand up and maintain infrastructure and services (Linux, Proxmox, Grafana) to support automation initiatives.
• Produce documentation, runbooks, and training to enable ops and future maintenance.
