Responsibilities

Provide timely and accurate technical assistance to external customers via phone, email, and remote tools.
Assist EECO’s sales, engineering, and operations teams with product selection, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, motor control and industrial networking.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support cases, solutions, and technical best practices.
Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver training sessions for EECO’s teams and its customers on product features and applications.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with new technologies, product updates, and industry trends to enhance support capabilities.
