Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Automation engineering.

• Regulatory compliance knowledge: cGMP, OSHA, FDA, Fire/Building/EPA codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety improvements; monitor OSHA incident rates.
• Oversee predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance to improve equipment availability.
• Manage department budget and mentor maintenance staff.
• Lead automation projects; coordinate engineering to manufacturing handoffs.
• Analyze maintenance costs and implement corrective actions for stable processes.
