Job summary

Grifols, a global healthcare company, is seeking a Facility Maintenance Mechanic III in California. This role installs, maintains, and troubleshoots automated systems, robotic equipment, and facility infrastructure.

You will diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate work with internal teams and external contractors. Qualified candidates bring strong PLC/HMI knowledge, HVAC and plumbing familiarity, and ability to train staff while maintaining

Qualifications

• Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks; plumbing and HVAC knowledge.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and building upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot automated systems, machinery, and robotic equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control malfunctions; adjust PLC logic or HMI configs.
• Maintain logs of equipment performance, parts, and maintenance activities.
• Lead and train maintenance staff; coordinate PM system and contractor work.
• Oversee facility maintenance contracts for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and doors.
• Ensure safety, regulatory audits support, and proper records management.
