Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/automation programs is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of automation strategy professionals.
• Develop and own the automation roadmap and KPIs for GPSC.
• Define global commodity strategies for automation categories.
• Partner with engineering, logistics, and plant teams to embed automation early in programs.
• Standardize purchasing processes and leverage data analytics for spend and risk management.
• Drive change management and adoption of new automation standards and models.
